You can make a donation online with or without a credit card via the
secure PayPal server, you do not need an account to use it.

Donate by eMail/Mail/Fax
If you do not feel comfortable contributing online, you can also
make a donation by completing and printing out our short writable PDF
donation form and submit/return it with your completed credit card
information or a check to the email/address/fax provided.

This PDF file (376KB) can be downloaded to your desktop,
completed, and printed using the free version of Acrobat Reader.
To fill out the form fields and save or email the completed form,
you will need Adobe Approval 5.0 or the full version
of Acrobat 5.0 or higher. 

You may also make a donation in honour of or in memory of a relative,
friend, or colleague by completing the Honour/Memorial section
of the Donation form.
