The Foundation established its Board in 2005.

Chaired by Sahlan L. Momo since May 2005, the Board assumes both legal and fiduciary responsibilities for the Foundation, establishes its purpose, its values, its mission policy and strategy, and takes responsibility for its governance and performance. Decisions are taken unanimously. Board members are volunteers.
